Take your money and run. Don’t use this company. Had a person come out for diagnosis and they were supposed to give me a quote for the work. Never did after multiple calls and being told they would get it out right away. Over a month still nothing. I called them again telling them forfeit it I want a refund and they said they don’t give refund. Extremely rude saying I had to have someone come out and didn’t care that nothing was done afterwards. The manager was dismissive and rude and wouldn’t give his name. People like them make a company go to shit. Update. They just responded that this is a fake review. I can assure you it is not. Want a company that care more about taking your money than actually helping. Then this is your company.

Great company and great service from the very first call through to the resolution of the issue. The entire process was absolutely seamless and easy. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

However, the deceptive billing practices and complete lack of professional accountability from Thermodynamix LLC leave me no choice but to warn other businesses in Westchester County.In June, we contacted Thermodynamix because our Friedrich commercial AC system was failing intermittently. They dispatched a technician, and because the system happened to be blowing cold air at the exact moment of his arrival, the technician stated he could not diagnose it without an active error code. He instructed us to call back the moment it failed again, promising we would be prioritized. I willingly paid a diagnostic fee of over $200 based on this explicit assurance of future service.One week later, the system failed again. I called and scheduled a follow-up appointment. On the day of the service, after waiting the entire day, I called the office at the very end of our scheduled arrival window for a status update. It was only then that office staff informed me they had unilaterally canceled my appointment. Their reasoning? They stated they do not service Friedrich brand equipment.This reveals a deeply troubling business practice:Thermodynamix had no issue accepting our initial call, dispatching a technician, and charging us over $200 for a "diagnostic" visit on a brand of equipment they now claim they do not service.They canceled a critical commercial repair appointment during peak season without notifying us, leaving our business without cooling.When I contacted the accounting department to request a refund for the useless initial fee, I was brushed off and told someone would get back to me. No one did. Over the next three weeks, I called and left four separate, increasingly urgent messages specifically for the owner, Mike Yarolin, to resolve this internally. Every single message went completely ignored.A quick look online reveals that I am unfortunately not alone in experiencing these issues with this company. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and responsible HVAC partner in Westchester, look elsewhere. This company will take your money for a diagnostic fee and abandon you when it is time to actually do the work.
