United Floor Service

Based in Yonkers, United Floor Service provides hardwood flooring installation, refinishing, repair, and restoration throughout New York City’s five boroughs, Westchester, and Connecticut. Its refinishing work includes floor sanding, staining, polishing, dust-free sanding, and filling holes and gaps.

For new flooring projects, the company installs solid hardwood, engineered flooring, herringbone, and parquet styles. Installation methods include glue-down and floating floors, along with subfloor installation and leveling and sound-retention underlayment. United Floor Service also handles repairs and restoration for existing hardwood floors, giving homeowners options for both updating worn flooring and installing new surfaces.
