VAD-N.Y.

Chuck and his crew did a terrific job redoing my laundry room after a water leak. Chuck was personable and professional and got the job done in a tight timeframe. His crew, Edgar and Rafael, were very accommodating and worked hard. Their work was meticulous and my laundry room has never looked better!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Chuck C., the owner and manager of VAD-NY, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best general contractors I have ever worked with. From the start, Chuck’s professionalism stood out—he was clear, responsive, and incredibly collaborative throughout the entire project. What impressed me the most was Chuck’s communication. He kept me informed at every stage, ensuring that I fully understood the scope, timelines, and any necessary adjustments. Not only was he transparent and fair in all aspects of the work, but he also demonstrated a genuine commitment to delivering top-quality results. Chuck and his team fixed a terrible error committed by another company--he diagnosed the issue and remedied the problem immediately and was incredibly professional. If you’re looking for a contractor who brings both skill and integrity to the table, I highly recommend Chuck and the VAD-NY team. Working with them has been an outstanding experience, and I won't hesitate to call on them again for future projects.

VAD recently did a renovation at my co-op in Harrison NY. We needed patch work from some electrical that was put in, painting and the bathroom window re-trimmed and caulked. They were in and out in two days. All of the work came out great and they left no mess behind and their price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend VAD for any home renovations you may need.

They did a beautiful job on my front porch. They were very meticulous and measured and leveled perfectly. The stone looks beautiful. I highly recommend them!
