Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. I came in looking for ideas and pricing for new kitchen cabinets and countertops for my new home. I had already received a quote from another store I had used in the past, but I wanted to explore other options. The gentleman assisting me introduced me to the owner, who asked if I had been looking elsewhere. I answered honestly that I had received a quote from another company. When he asked for the quoted amount, I explained that I preferred not to share it because I wanted to see what he would offer independently. He then proceeded to tell me that he does not do business with people who have been shopping around. I have never experienced something like this before. It is completely unreasonable to turn away a potential customer simply for comparing options and doing due diligence on a major purchase. The interaction felt unwelcoming, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. The owner was not kind, warm, or interested in helping me find the right solution. A business should expect customers to compare pricing and explore their choices, especially for a large investment like a kitchen renovation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store. —responding to owner: What you described did not happen during my visit. I was there for under an hour. We discussed the cabinets, countertops, and the types of drawers I was looking for. When I was asked if I had received another quote, I answered honestly. You then asked for the quote amount, and when I chose not to share it because I wanted to see your pricing, I was told that you do not do business that way and was essentially dismissed because you would not provide assistance without that information. The interaction was extremely surprising and disappointing. My concern was never about comparing options, but about being treated poorly for doing so. I stand my 1 star review because my experience was just that.

Great company! The staff was very friendly and professional. They did a beautiful job on my kitchen and bathroom, and their prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

I had such an outstanding experience at VEGA Kitchen and Bath that I had to share this. From the moment, I walked into the showroom, Talip made the entire process feel effortless and enjoyable. He was welcoming, patient and incredibly knowledgeable about vanities and tiles options. He offered me some delicious Turkish delight with Tea. Throughout the process, he listened and walked us through the different design options. We settled on a wall mounted cabinet that looks really nice. I needed the vanity fairly urgently, so Talip personally delivered the vanity to my house. I was very impressed by the level of customer service. Whether you are planning a full renovation or just exploring ideas, stop by VEGA Kitchen and Bath design. They deliver the kind of customer service that makes a stressful process feel exciting. Highly recommended.
