Verini Construction

Just renovated my kitchen. This is my second major project with Chris from Verini Construction. The workmanship and ability to help make ideas a reality has been awesome. The communication, flexibility, timeliness, attention to detail, and overall customer service is outstanding. Very very happy! Highly recommended.

I got the Verini name from the HVG Chamber of Commerce. I hired them for a small window replacement job. I'm mad at myself for waiting as long as I did. I thought it was going to very expensive and a long process with a lot of clean up. Boy, was I wrong! Chris came, measured, ordered the windows, let me know when they would be in. Then they showed up, installed them and were gone like they were never here. No mess, no hassle. We had put it off for years and I'm so glad I didn't wait any longer.

As an architect, working with Chris has been an absolute pleasure over the years. He manages his team with very close oversight and takes pride in precisely executing the finer and custom details of a project. The evidence is clearly in the high quality work that is the result. Homeowners can take serious comfort in knowing they can rely on on Chris to manage the project at a high level, so that when an issue arises, as they do in every construction project, it will be dealt with smoothly, and the schedule be maintained. I've seen Chris execute projects, that normally would take 6-8 months, and will do it in 4.5 months, without sacrificing quality. That's only possible because of his strong logistics and communication skills. You know he will physically be on the jobsite everyday and in constant communication solving problems and getting it done. Chris is a very intelligent and capable builder with a strong network of subcontractors, but maybe more importantly, he'll become one of the family, or at least a close friend!, because he really cares about your project and will work tirelessly for you to make the project as stress free as possible. Believe me, it's really hard to find all that in general contractor!

I am so impressed by the job he and his crew did on my home. He came and sized up the job wrote up a proposal, and completed the job in the matter of only a few days. A tree had fallen on my power lines after a bad wind storm. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Explained everything in a manner that was easily understood. Arrived when he was supposed to and wasn't in a big to leave. Chris Verini will be doing a lot of work for me in the future. Thanks guys for a job well done!

Chris is the most professional contractor in the district. Him and his team are very skilled in this business. They remodeled my kitchen, both bathrooms, my backyard patio, and now he’s about to start a job on my roof. I would highly recommend acquiring Verini Construction services!
