Vertex Security Systems

Great Installation, Helpful

Coop Board Member After evaluating several vendors, we selected Vertex to help us replace our building’s old intercom with a video intercom. They provided guidance, advice and suggestions for the various video intercom solutions and recommended the equipment that would be best for our building, which has commercial space on the first floor and residential units above. Based upon our experience working with them I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, honesty, integrity, expertise in installation and coordinating the effort with building staff, property manager, and the video intercom company. They seamlessly handled all these stakeholders with a complete team from sales, implementation management, technical installation, and post installation support. It was a great effort, and our shareholders were very impressed with the new system. Greatly appreciate all the help and assistance and would definitely work with them again in the future.

Great experience with Vertex Security! They installed a new CCTV system for our Manhattan office and handled everything professionally from start to finish. The cameras provide excellent coverage and the system is easy to monitor. Highly recommend Vertex Security for commercial security!

We've been working with Vertex for our office in Manhattan and couldn't be happier. Every time we've had a question or needed support, the team responds same day — sometimes within the hour. Professional, reliable, and genuinely easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Thank you!
