VMJ Espinoza Contracting INC

We worked with Victor on a major basement renovation, in addition to other projects. Victor and his whole team were extremely professional, paid great attention to detail, stayed on track with timing and overall did a great job. They were very easy to work with and we would definitely work with them again for future renovation projects.

We had an exceptional experience with VMJ on our bathroom renovation and absolutely love the result—it feels like living in a luxury hotel! This was our third project with the team, a testament to how much we trust them with our home. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was 100%, especially in the beautiful tile work on floor and shower, the meticulous trim and paint job, and wallpaper work. The team is truly skilled at what they do! Victor kept us informed with daily progress photos and communicated clearly whenever unexpected issues arose, like discovering two additional flooring layers. The team was incredibly professional, reliable, and punctual, arriving on time each morning and always leaving the work area neat and organized. Most importantly, the quality of their work was super impressive. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with VMJ again.

Victor is a kind, personable guy with a great crew of honest workers. We had a mudroom built and it came out beautifully -we will certainly be using him for future projects.

I can’t recommend Victor and his team enough. We’ve used them multiple times for projects in our home, and this was our first time trusting them with the build-out of our small business. From start to finish, Victor was professional, communicative, and incredibly patient. When unexpected delays and issues outside of our control arose, he was understanding, flexible, and always focused on doing the job the right way - not just the fast way. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a contractor who is as genuinely invested in the success of your project as Victor. We are incredibly grateful for everything he and his team did and look forward to working with them for many years to come. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

We had an outstanding experience with VMJ Contracting renovating our mudroom and powder room. From the initial consultation through the final walkthrough, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. The quality of the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Every detail was completed with care, and it's clear they take pride in their work. Communication was excellent throughout the project—they kept us informed, were responsive to questions, and always showed up when they said they would. The crew was respectful of our home, kept the work area clean, and finished the project on schedule. Our new mudroom is both beautiful and incredibly functional, and the powder room looks like something out of a design magazine. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers exceptional quality, honest communication, and a great overall experience, I highly recommend VMJ Contracting. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for future home renovations.
