I hired WB Flooring to install VCT flooring in several buildings I manage. The first couple of jobs went well, so I continued using them. Unfortunately, after that I started noticing that their invoices consistently included over 100 extra square feet per apartment compared to the actual measurements. When I contacted them to discuss what I believed were incorrect square footages, instead of professionally reviewing the measurements, I was met with profanity and an extremely disrespectful attitude. Because of the inaccurate billing and the unprofessional way my concerns were handled, I will not be using WB Flooring again. I expect honesty, accurate invoicing, and respectful communication from the contractors I hire, and this experience did not meet those standards.👎🏿
