Terrible. Owner takes FOREVER to have your door delivered, only to have it show up like this. Total incompetence.

As a board member of my community, I can confidently say that choosing Westchester Doors to replace all of our garage doors was one of the best decisions we’ve made. I’ve known Billy, the owner, for many years, and his integrity, professionalism, and dedication have always stood out. Billy and his team are exceptional — always available, quick to respond, and genuinely committed to providing top-tier service. Their work is meticulous, and any issues that arise are handled promptly and with care. With Westchester Doors, you don’t feel like just another customer — you feel like family. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both quality craftsmanship and heartfelt service. I wholeheartedly recommend Westchester Doors to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and outstanding service.
