Weston Builders

Kiel and Alex of Weston Builders recently renovated a bathroom for us and we could not be more pleased with the result. Kiel is excellent at design and many of the details that are exceptional in our bathroom were ideas he presented to us for consideration. It was a pleasure having them in our home while the job was being done. The house was left clean each night as well as when the job was finished. This project came in on budget and on time which we appreciated.

Came to the job site to properly assess what was required, asked for our input on details of what the overall project should look like and executed accordingly! Wonderful experience and the workmanship is top tier!

Weston Builders were wonderful from start to finish in renovating my kitchen. Kiel Weston was a pleasure to work with in designing the kitchen. As I lived two hours away at the time of the work, he provided useful websites and recommendations for me to review to get a feeling of what I wanted and liked in the kitchen. After a face-to-face meeting where we fleshed out the details, he designed the kitchen and provided me with a rendering of it. At every stage, from destruction of the old kitchen, to hanging the new cabinets, to installing the quartz counter and backsplash tiles, to installing the appliances, he provided photos of the progress. He and his carpenter, Alex, were there daily until the job was completed in an amazingly short time within the original estimated allocated time for the job, even including additional work in the unit as I requested when moving in during this process (for a reasonable fee, of course). As we started the process after going to contract but before closing, he is so organized that he was able to schedule the time to work on this project and started immediately after closing, unlike other contractors I had used in the past for other projects in other homes over the years. One of Kiel's great attributes is that he can solve problems and figure out ways to reduce costs during the project. For example, we knew that the radiant floor heating in the kitchen was not working when we purchased the unit and believed that we would have to replace that, but Kiel determined that it was simply the thermostat that was not working and saved us time and money on the project. In addition, he also helped us beyond the kitchen once we moved in. For example, the banister was on one side of the staircase, but I needed it on the other side due to an arm injury. Weston Builders made and installed a matching banister for the other side. Also, I asked them to replace and hang scones in the dining area outside the kitchen. When they did so, it was determined that the original scones did not use an outlet, but the scones I purchased to replace them needed an outlet that was too far away so an additional outlet would have been needed. However, he solved the problem, recommending that i purchase rechargable bulbs. All in all, I highly recommend Weston Builders for any of your projects, due to their craftsmanship, skill, efficiency and friendly service!

Kiel Weston of Weston Builders did a wonderful and very professional job renovating my 25 year old elevated deck. He helped me choose all the materials, made numerous helpful suggestions about the project, was there on time with his assistant Alex every day, answered all of my questions clearly and patiently, kept the work site clean and organized and always went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. I unhesitatingly give him a 5-star review and give him my most enthusiastic recommendation.

Kiel and his associate, Alex, did a phenomenal job installing a new quartz countertop, plus backsplash, as well as installing our new kitchen appliances. They also vented our new microwave hood to an exterior wall. All the work was very neat, and Weston Builders finished the work ahead of schedule. We would not hesitate to utilize Weston for our next project.
