My husband and I had an incredible experience working with White Plains Carpets, Floors, and Blinds, and particularly Alex, on a rush stair runner order. Alex was incredibly helpful, a great communicator, and really made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process. The installation was professional, quick, and very well done. We are thrilled with the results and the value!

Very happy with Alex and team’s work. Alex suggested the appropriate carpeting for my basement stairs, and I would totally recommend him. I already have another job planned with him.

Alex was great to work with - he suggested ways to keep our carpet cost down and was flexible with installing a product on our stair landing to match the flooring in a nearby area. The installers were also prompt and did a very professional job. Wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future.
