Window World Westchester

I don’t normally write reviews but had to for window world. I have done a lot of renovations over the last couple of years with different companies. I had window world come out for both windows, and just recently siding. The windows were not only the best pricing I’ve come across but Rich Allen really sits down and explains why their windows are the ones to go with. He explains their capabilities and not once bashed another big window company like the other big names did when they came to sell me windows. It’s been about a year and the windows are amazing. Then I went with the siding which I was hesitant because it’s called window world. Not siding world. Going with them has been the best decision to date. The siding came out absolutely stunning and Alonso, Luis, and his crew were absolutely incredible. These guys are extremely hard workers who don’t just come to get the job done but to absolutely ensure you are 100% happy with the work that’s done. When the job was finished they made sure to walk around the entire house with me carefully examining everything and making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it before we paid. These guys are top notch and it’s a no brainer to use them for any projects you need that they offer.

Should really be 4-1/2 stars, but they deserve rounding up more than rounding down. They installed my windows about three weeks after I placed my order (not bad, I think). The instalation crew was finished 4 minutes earlier than their estimate when they arrived. They left a clean house and yard, but I did find a couple of cosmetic issues. I would take a half star off for them having to come back a few days later, but they fixed everything, no questions asked. As for window quality, my double hung windows go up and down, lock and unlock and tilt out for cleaning and have a nice, clean look. So far, so good.

Owner is a very stand up man. 🫡

Absolutely wonderful! Richard came out free of charge and helped us with our broken window. Very knowledgable and provided several options how to fix window. He is the U bettcha kind of guy you need for windows.

Brilliant! We have used Window World twice and are SO PLEASED. The service has been phenomenal and I am so happy with the quality of the product and the integrity of Rich Allen. I'm so glad I found them.
