Had an AMAZING experience with the Builder Development with our recent home renovation from top to bottom. The work and attention to detail was excellent and top notch. They remodeled our kitchen, bathrooms, windows, added a custom bar in the living room and finally finished off our basement.

Had a great experience purchasing a shed from The Builder Dev. Corp. Ordered a pre-built A-Frame shed in March. They offer a lot of nice features for the price (shed color, shingle color, trim style & color) and I was also able to add some additional "custom" features for a reasonable add-on price: a second set of double-doors and a custom paint color to match my house. Ann was great to work with and was very responsive and clear through the ordering experience. Lead time when I placed the order was 12 weeks, but the shed wound up coming earlier, in about 9 weeks, which was a welcome surprise. Delivery was a pleasure as well. Steve and his assistant made sure they placed the shed exactly where I wanted it, to the inch. I was impressed that they were able to maneuver it into the tight spot that I needed it, between the deck and the fence. Quality of the shed is very good; I love it. After having it for about 6 weeks now, there is nothing about the shed or build quality that I don't like. I highly recommend The Builder for your needs, my experience could not have gone any better.
