Acadia Stairs

love our new outdoor step and railing -- didn't realize how much I hated the front porch until we redid it. Now we sit out there every evening with a glass of wine before dinner. Everybody compliments us on our beautiful stainless steel design -- Todd was a great help!

We order a s stainless steel spiral staircase, sometime last year. Over the months welds began to break along the banister and handrail, the underneath part the banister and handrail were grind it down so much that the screw couldn’t even have a thread to hang onto loose and able to remove. As you see the list can go on down to the powder coating and the delivery. Coat was very unprofessional and fingerprints and scratches and anything you can think of possible. And then, of course, to top it off the delivery was delayed about 6 1/2 weeks therefore putting the hole construction site on hold and that area. Wouldn’t recommend for any kind of superior job maybe for something simple I would recommend..

Powder coat was unprofessional welds were very unprofessional and grinds were noticeably unprofessional Nice people but everything was just terrible. Cables for railings took 4 tries to get right. Would not recommend and will never use as a contractor again. Delivery was late and costed us money when they take deposit but give terrible work. More of a hobby shop.
