We had water damage from the winter storms on our living room ceiling and walls. Rich came in and explained the whole process from start to finish. He put down floor protection, covered the furniture, and enclosed the section he was working on. Just by doing those things, he showed his professionalism. He arrived on time and cared for our house like it was his own. It was a two-day project, and the results are amazing. The ceiling and walls look like we never had storm damage. He even patched and fixed another section of wall that was not included in the scope of the project. Rich went above and beyond by helping me with my own front door project. I was having problems removing the existing doorway threshold, and I asked him if he could help. Rich started cutting out the old threshold and even went as far as installing the new threshold for me. The next day, when he came back to paint the walls and ceiling, he took my front door off and leveled the bottom of the door. The door was previously damaged by another contractor. Rich went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend him and will be using him again for other projects around the house. He is a true professional, arrives on time, and completes the project from start to finish. It is hard to find someone you trust who will show up, not charge you a fortune, and care for your house the way you do. I found Rich, and I suggest you reach out and find him too. 😀
