Neave did a fantastic job performing pool maintenance for my elderly parents, as it was getting to be too much for them. Very happy with services and will continue to use.

The workers who take care of the Calvary Cemetery are absolutely disgraceful. They dont mow all the grass, dont weed whack around the stones. They completely destroy flags that are on the Veterans stones. Leave grass clippings everywhere. Although it is not my property, its still a shame to see such a complete disregard for the Cemetery, the families whos loved ones are buried in there and the fact that they are completely unprofessional on how they represent the company they work for.

On July 16th neave was doing their routine cleaning up of my jobs entrance, they tend to arrive before majority of the employees arrive so when you pull into the lot they're usually finishing up. On this particular morning I was driving my 41 year old Datsun with mint condition chrome wheels that overall cost me over 4k, as I pull into the lot and roll by the man leaf blowing the asphalt my car and wheels were pelted with rocks. I stopped immediately to speak with this individual, and he brushed me off. This made me very upset so I called and left a voice message, I received a call back and was apologized to and told I would be followed up with a call from upper management.. I never received that call and my wheels are damaged as a result.

I had a great experience with Neave Outdoor from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. After reading some of the negative reviews, my experience was completely different. They arrived as scheduled, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was done properly. It's clear they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Neave Outdoor to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality landscaping services.
